8.0The staff were incredible. There was a slight problem with the water (it wasn’t their fault) and they were quick to find a solution for my wife & I. The location was peaceful and quiet which we loved! We’ve been to a couple hotels in Bacalar, but this is definitely our new favorite! We will be back!

2.0Improvisación en su máxima expresión. Aqui pareciera que nadie está a cargo del hotel. Cero servicio, no son capaces ni de poner toallas secas en la piscina! Hacen el aseo de la habitación hasta donde le alcanza la mano a la persona que supuestamente cumple esa tarea. Un muy buen destino en un pésimo hotel, caro, mal atendido, deteriorado y sucio.Lo más básico aquí no funciona y nadie parece darse cuenta
