7.0The house and furnishings were very tasteful and modern
− Cleanliness was an issue there are spider webs on the ceiling of the master bedroom, tissues and chocolate wrappers under the lounge, dust in the bedside light fittings and waste from the bbq in an adjacent basket. The house was in need of maintenance to damaged internal doors and walls. The a/c filter required cleaning. There was no broom to sweep the floor and despite a vacuum cleaner being available the battery was flat and there was no charging cord. The lawn needed mowing and weeds in the front and back yard need removing.
