Disappointed, don't recommend
3.0The apartment is generally stylish and well appointed. The facility manager did their best to assist us (but see below, the owner did not enable this).
− Reasons not to stay: black mold all over the bedroom windows, no heater (and it was cold!), and dishonest owner. We wouldn't have booked to stay here except that the accommodation that I had booked I accidentally booked for the wrong dates (and wasn't available for the dates we needed). That was 100% my own fault. I messaged the manager to ask if we could transfer our booking to another property owned by the same person so I wouldn't have to pay twice. They said I could but would need to book this apartment and then apply for a free cancelation of the other. I did this in good faith, unfortunately that was my second mistake. The owner could have just said "no, tough luck" but they never did. Instead they kept stringing me along saying booking.com hadn't sent the request (even when I sent screenshots proving it had). Very dishonest. The manager did her best to be helpful but ultimately the owner never upheld their end of the deal.

9.0Well for starters the place exactly as is on the pictures and everything just fitted nicely in. And linky was extremely nice always hands on when I had a question on certain things. She was top tier really we really appreciated her efforts for the weekend. She was hands on with the power outage trying to call the municipality she really went out of her way eventhough the power didn't really affected us as a family cause we still manage to have a wonderful evening.
