Awesome Location - all appliances you needed

− Issue with London Underground Railway going directly under the building and everything shook with each train went through and the loud noise of the train - no cooling made heat a bit unbearable BUT we did have extreme weather conditions - WIFI was not fast, just OK

The best thing I can say about the place it is its location. Very close to Paddington station making all tourist attractions reachable in a reasonable time. Also, if one is in the mood, one can try walking to Hyde Park that is 30 min away by foot.

− First of all, when I arrived at the place, there was some unexpected surprise in the toilet that wasn't flushed... But one mistake can be overlooked if the other things were working. But it wasn't the case. The main problem was that the place didn't have a working internet/router and travelling with kids, don't having internet is quite a pain in the neck. When I asked for support for that I was given like dummy-handbook-answers that were not useful at all. Funny thing is that there was a similar LAN but one had to pay daily for it. Another thing is that the place has problems with ants and no killing spray is provided. Finally on top of the rent, one has to pay an insurance. They offer two types, one is a non reimbursable of 50€ and the other is 250€ which might be reimbursable if after a week if they don't find anything wrong. To sum up, the place is in a fantastic location, but don't expect that the problems that might arise to be solved

Excellent location, could not be better situated. We found the unit to be really well stocked with pantry items, kitchen appliances, linen. Very comfortable and convenient.

− The only issue was the wi fi wasn't working. A bit annoying, but not the end of the world.

Abbiamo prenotato mezz'ora prima di arrivare poiché il proprietario dell'altro appartamento che avevamo prenotato e pagato non ci ha mai aperto.. questo appartamento é stata la ns salvezza. Chiavi comodamente ritirate tramite codice, appartamento appena pulito poiché quando siamo entrati il pavimento era ancora un po' umido. Molto pulito per gli standard inglesi. Alloggio piccolo ma perfettamente funzionale, con ogni comfort in cucina e nella casa ( lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forni, friggistrice ad aria, pentole, tutto). A 2 passi dalla stazione di Paddington. Assolutamente nulla di negativo da dire. Unico piccolo neo il materasso del divano letto:decisamente scomodo, andrebbe sostituito. La metro quando passa si avverte all'interno della casa ma nulla di particolarmente fastidioso anche perche appena chiude non si sente piu nulla. Fuori tanti ristoranti di diverse cucine internazionali, un pub frequentato da molti inglesi, un Mc, una farmacia e un supermercato Tesco aperto H24. Consigliatissimo per famiglie. Noi eravamo in 5 con 3 bambini di 5-9-15 anni .
