Fantastic pool, villa very well equipped and clean and lots of areas to relax/eat etc.

− Had trouble locating even with the GPS coordinate as signal kept dropping off. Would be helpful to have a sign with the villa name at the bottom of the hill you drive up.

Roligheden, udsigten, huset hyggelig indretning, bordtennis, to badværelser, egen parkering i aflåst.

− Poolen var dårlig rengjort, da der var gul skidt i kanten på poolen samt vores badetøj blev også gult. Dårligt WIFI, dårlige knive til madlavning. At man ikke blev informeret at der bare kommer en mand og vander blomster. Aircon i det ene soveværelse virkede ikke helt. 5 timers timer for at have aircon kørende, så vi skulle op og natten for at tænde det igen!

Amazing views from the villa, quiet and picturesque location, 15 mins drive from Frigiliana.

Location, location. location. Nestled in this amazing secluded location 15 mins away from the main town, the villa really delivers the views, peace and quiet. The roads to get there are a bit ifi taking a bit of patience to get used to but all worth the journey.

− I feel very bad leaving a negative, the villa has such great potential and the location is so special. BUT The kitchen is good and spacious has a lot of pots pans and crockery but the amenities are pretty poor. Only an old tired kettle, cord wrapped up in duck tape and leaking hot water everywhere. No coffee making facilities, a simple cafetiere would do, and no toaster, which should provide the basic for a holiday let. I had to use the only tea pot to make freshly brewed coffee, it didn't kill me tough! The beds are very uncomfortable with mattress, bed linen and towels old and tatty. There was a very bad drain smell coming from the outside/utility room shower, which seems to have subsided toward the end of our stay. However, in the last two days one of the bathrooms started smelling pretty vile. There's two safes in the house none provided with an access code and out of use. No clear indication of where to park the car and the front porch was very tight so it has taken a bit of manoeuvring to get in, but all fine, could be a bit intimidating if you drive a SUV. Luckily (or not) the owner 'blessed' us with two unannounced visits and told us that there's additional parking outside the house past some field gate. No clear indication of where to go and dump the trash, other than the green bins which are actually few km away from the property, or not, but we wouldn't know as the villa is quite in the middle of nowhere. Oh and check out is at 10am on the dot, we got 'evacuated' by the owner and his gang of cleaners at 9.58am which was a rather uncomfortable situation, having to zip up our luggages on the front porch. Thank God I had my pants on, wish i'd say the same about my husband when he bumped into the landlord at 8.30am one of the days! It is such a shame, the villa and location has so much potential, sadly the amenities are not great, and lacked comfort for my standards.

Lovely, clean, comfortable villa with lovely outside facilities. Lovely shaded veranda for eating outside/ relaxing. Separate private pool area with loungers, barbecue facilities etc. Beautiful views of surrounding countryside, sea at a distance & local village. Beautiful local village 5/10 mins away & larger town & sea within 20/30 mins max. Numerous places to eat locally, Lovely, varied food & everyone very helpful, friendly & welcoming despite us having only a few phrases etc in Spanish. Grocery shops locally very friendly & larger lydl 20/30 minutes away if desired. Agency very prompt, helpful & courteous, easy to contact & allowed us to arrange a later departure time as our flights were in the evening. Many thanks for a lovely experience & one which would make a person love to return. Extremely relaxing. Transport essential, private parking provided.

− The small roads to the property take a little getting used to, but Google maps were useful finding the best routes & all the minor roads in this region appear similar. Fortunately the villa was easily accessed right on a very quiet minor road & the booking agents were readily contactable if needed, but no problems for us, so minimal contact required.

The location of the villa was beautiful

− Very difficult to find the villa the roads to it are not for the faint hearted steep gradients and difficult to pass on coming traffic and no reversing on some parts if you do get lost. A sign showing villa name and direction would have helped.
