− Appartamento troppo spartano e sostanzialmente sguarnito: nessuna tenda alle finestre, nessun gancio per gli asciugamani, letto non comodissimo, tappetino scendi doccia ambiguo, nessun cestino per la spazzatura in bagno, poca aria. Orari check-in scomodi. Poca cura per alcuni piccoli dettagli quali, ad esempio, una macchinetta per il caffè con le classiche cialdine, 1 bottiglietta d'acqua per le emergenze. Vicino ma non vicinissimo alla stazione di piazza Verdi.

− wifi did not work all the time and had to be installed on demand instead of provision automatically; you have to meet rob to get the keys, for newcomers not easy to say when to arrive, there is no cheap parking space nearby

10.0Roberto è un super host, disponibile e gentile come pochi. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. AC funzionante e top. Dimensioni della stanza ottimali.
Appartement très agréable malgré qu’il soit un peu éloigné de tout.
8.0Le lit était très confortable, la clim bienvenue et l’hôte très sympathique.
− La cuisine manquait cruellement d’équipement, l’appartement était assez éloigné du centre de Gênes et nous avons été étonnés par la « city tax » (18€).
