Great location, spacious comfortable condo.
8.0Bedding was comfortable. Condo was a little tired and needs some updating but really nice coastal decor. Perfect location and ocean view from the lanai. Kitchen had all the necessary stuff. Lots of storage. Very spacious. We didn't use any, but lots of pool toys and umbrella. Owner was readable available for conversation/questions.
− We were on the second floor facing the other building so I found it just a little noisy....just when people are walking by but no biggy. Bit dated.
Overall, the apartment was nice, though it could use a few improvements.
9.0The apartment is located very close to the ocean. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including plenty of towels and a coffee maker.
− On the downside, the bathtubs didn’t feel very clean. The apartment could use a bit of renovation.

− The apartment was extremely outdated, curtains were from the 90’s which did not close and open properly. Bathroom was functional but again very old and outdated. Sofas -one of them was working, the other recliner was broken . The apartment had a weird odor to it and was not 100 % clean
