8.0Grandissimo potenziale della casa, spazi grandi, tante camere e bagni, cucina stile industriale, accessoriata, due frigorigeei, un pozzetto, anche con lavastoviglie, forno a legna, camino, sala giochi con biliardino e tavola da ping pong, barbecue. Due gattini splendidi. Piscina grande, posizione isolata in mezzo ai boschi e monti, fresco la sera anche d'estate. Proprietario disponibile.
− L'ultimo pezzo di strada per arrivare, circa 3 km di strada con ghiaia, percorribile tranquillamente solo con fuoristrada o macchine alte, non Sicuramente con la nostra povera UP (la struttura dovrebbe in qualche modo segnalarlo). Percorso dalla casa alla piscina in discesa, sempre con ghiaia e scivoloso, anche se stai attento puoi cadere, dovrebbe essere messo a posto! Pulizia della casa da rivedere, soprattutto bagni e camere e vicino le finestre.
