We enjoyed our stay, very close to cafes and restaurants which can easily be walked to.

Lovely house let down by an unhelpful defensive host
7.0Amazing location and a delightful house with off street parking available. Fantastic views over the sea and very comfortable beds in 2 bedrooms. Very well equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches throughout. Good bathroom facilities and shower gel shampoo supplied.
− The listing was misleading stating the house is air conditioned. Having arrived on a 44ºC day to find only master bedroom and kitchen(!) was air conditioned. Host was very defensive about this. There were numerous maintenance issues with the patio door locking having rotted so the doors flew open in the wind. Numerous missing/dead light bulbs which the host did not offer to replace. The bunk beds were a bit wobbly and uncomfortable.

This Short Term Rental (STRA0017/24) is located on the Mornington Peninsula and as such all guests must comply with the Mornington Shire Local Laws & Code of Conduct and Body Corporate Rules, all guests agree to these rules by booking, including the following:
- Quiet period between 11pm and 7am. Outdoor areas are not to be used during this period
- No Parties, events or excess guests allowed onsite
- Guests must not consume alcohol or illegal substances on communal property
- Guests must not leave cigaret butts or excess rubbish at the property
