It was very well located, clean and comfortable and good value for money. We felt safe.

− The neighbours to the right were very loud and inconsiderate and made a lot of noise till after 1030pm.

− Hot water was a problem when we needed to bath. There was no hot water after 1 person baths

Spacious,had reasonable amenities,comfortable.

− WiFi slow,security guards at gate gave me endless issues when coming and going and i had two children and my uber was not permitted to enter to drop me my baby in a car chair and a toddler and shopping which i had to juggle everything everytime it was atrocious their behaviour was very unacceptable, ,tv downstairs did not connect to WiFi, mould around bath area,basin kept retaining water,took time to drain out, under main room bed dust and previous tenant property still there, cupboards with blankets and pillows not neatly folded or packed. Certain blinds did not open or close. Lamp shades cracked as well as lamps cracked on base child safety issue with cables, globes not working in certain light fittings, dining room chair broken, mould on washing machine rubber, batteries needed in remotes, I know this sounds fussy but for what you pay for you do expect things to be in good condition. It was fine and host was pleasant and did help to get tv upstairs working, but just found it lacked finesse and would need to be upgraded on linen and plumbing especially for what you are charged.
