Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Self CheckIn lief problemlos. Die Wohnung an sich ist auch schön und stylisch eingerichtet und es war alles sauber. Parkplätze sind in der Nähe kostenlos vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt zudem fußläufig gut zum Zentrum und die Küche sowie das Bad ist schick, modern und gut ausgestattet.

− In der Wohnung riecht es leider nicht so gut und es war sehr warm, obwohl die Außentemperaturen angenehm kühl waren. Durch die sehr stark befahrene Straße und das Klappfenster konnte man leider gar nicht richtig lüften. Das Schlafzimmer habe ich nicht nutzen können. Der Geruch und die Feuchtigkeit in der unteren Etage waren äußerst unangenehm. Das Schlafzimmer mit direkter Verbindungstür zum Waschraum des kompletten Wohnhauses ist nicht so günstig gelegen. Auch konnten wir leider die Waschmaschine nicht nutzen, weil wir nicht wussten welche der 4 Maschinen zum Appartment gehört. Zudem sahen die Maschinen alle nicht so aus, als würde man damit gern seine Wäsche waschen. Preis-Leistung insgesamt passt hier leider nicht so gut, aber vielleicht kann man noch nachbessern.

Great location and well equipped with everything we needed.

− When we arrived, the apartment hadn't been cleaned or prepared for us. I rang the owner, and he immediately contacted the cleaner who arrived shortly after. He said he would give us a partial refund for the inconvenience caused. It has now been a week later, and nothing has been refunded! When the cleaner arrived, she was very apologetic, saying she got her dates mixed up. We left the apartment to walk into town for a meal to give her plenty of time to clean. When we returned, we could tell that she had done a rush job as some areas had clearly not been wiped, hoovered, or mopped. Reading some other reviews, it seems most people have been happy with the level of cleanliness, so I can only assume she does a much more thorough job when she isn't "rushed." I will also like to point out that the stairs down to the bedroom are extremely steep. It wasn't really an issue for us, but some might find it more so.

The location is good - walking distance from the center, however the house stands at the road, which means quite a lot of noise and dust. The apartment has all the modern equipment as shown on the photos. The host also has a washing and a drying machine in the basement that tenants can use.

− We visited the place when the weather was extremely good and warm. Unfortunately, for this apartment it meant that the air was stuffy and it was difficult to breathe inside. Opening a window was not a good option because of the road by the window and there was no air conditioning. The bedroom is located in the basement where the air was cooler but at the same time was quite damp and not fresh. Unfortunately, all these factors did not allow to feel comfortable in the apartment.
