Good kitchen

− Uncomfortable bed, pool is not cleaned and wouldn’t use. Area around is very wet and full of rubbish so house unfortunately smells like rubbish and mould.

Air conditioned rooms and comfortable beds.

− Dodgy and noisy neighborhood with lots of litter around. There was no water for several days. Swimming pool is very dirty and cannot be used. Cleaning was not good enough.

Lacking and not worth the price

The bedroom was clean and smelled good

− The listing says the rooms are sound proof but they are not - you can hear everything from other rooms and outside. The locals are lovely but make a lot of noise until very late at night and there is a rooster outside that starts crowing from around 2:30am. The host isn’t very responsive when there are problems. We had no towels when we arrived so could not shower and then that night there was no water going into the next day. We had to buy water to wash with (6litres = $7) The house lists a swimming pool yet it is half empty and full of dirt - there was no prior warning that it would be unusable. House doesn’t really look like the pictures and it’s overall misrepresented. Boasted a sea view but was conceded by sheets the whole time! Also would recommend staying on the main island as the taxis add up and some boat drivers will try and push 2 dollars per person for the 30 second journey so it is easier to stay there, you aren’t missing much. Can now see that the host has more than one listing, that doesn’t sit right with me. Other guests staying also felt very mislead by the property listed
