10.0Superb location with magnificent view over olive grove to the sea. Excellent access to the spectacular coast and forests of Gargano. House was very comfortable with a large lounge and main bedroom. The terrace is extensive with areas in shade, in sun and sheltered from any breeze.
− Despite some emails from Booking.com, I have never requested any change nor was any made to my original booking which was from 9 - 22 April 2024. There is no cell phone signal around the house. If you use the oven, hob and air con at the same time, it is likely you will trigger a circuit breaker and cut the electricity. The circuit breaker is not in the house but in a box outside the gate. As the gate cannot open without electricity, access is via a gate at the opposite end of the terrace to a steep path to the road. Collection of keys requires parking in Manfredonia and walking to the office which is in a traffic free street. Lighting in the small bedroom and main bedroom bathroom did not work. Some kitchen items were missing: tin/ bottle opener, corkscrew, jug, bowls.
