2.0− I didnt got a to check in on my first night ! I wanna request a refund for my first day.
Disappointing
4.0− We inform the host ahead of time that we will be arriving late don sa usual check-in time as in super late. So after landing we expect that the room is already ready for us to chill a bit, cause in a few hours we will be having our tour. After arriving in the place we called the host informing we’re near the place, but to our dismay the host informed us that the place we rented is not yet ready/cleaned, so instead of chilling to the room we end up chillin’ in the lobby for HOURS just to let the host prepare the room! and by the way, the sink stinks.

4.0The location is great the facilities are okay and the people there are nice.
− The location is great the facilities are okay but the sewerage sucks and the sink underneath smells bad. Actually our room was supposed to be in 12 floor but they changed it without asking us if we want to be relocated. The owner also changed rules about the 3k deposit to 5k. Plus she suddenly told us that we have limit of 3k for our electricity bill, she promised us to send someone to fixed the broken cabinet and smelly sink but nobody came.
