Scammer. No refund after refusing me my stay.
1.0I dont even get to stay there. What to like about it?
− I was told that the unit was under renovation by an agent/owner name Esther on Whatsapp, on the day I was supposed to stay, and no alternative property was given. She promised to refund me within 2 weeks. I have to book another property and luckily there was one with better service and value. I don’t get my refund at all and booking.com can’t do nothing about it too since the conversation is not on this app. I can no longer reach her on Whatsapp and call. So think again if you want to book this property. I have the receipts before the number being deactivated.

8.0got 2 queen bed can fit up to 4 people. free parking. can cook basic dish. got washing machine. host was super nice. tv was functioning well. in the lower floor (im scared of heights) 🤣. got hair dryer and wifi. shower water pressure was good.
− unable to get in touch with the host (calls went to voicemail) after booking, (it was last minute booking) made me anxious. had to call customer service but fortunately the host got back to me. the water pressure for toilet is too slow. got a weird smell at first but okay after sometime.
