Urgent Refund Request & Complaint Regarding Booking
1.0− We booked this hotel but couldn't find it. We wrote and called - there was no response. Eventually, we found another hotel because it was already getting dark (night was approaching). Now I am requesting a refund for the booking; the money still hasn't been returned. I strongly do not recommend this hotel! Moreover, I urge you to investigate this hotel for compliance with all regulations!!!
