1.0− The hotel staff are extremely RUDE and doesn’t care about anyone’s personal choices. We already mentioned in booking and also at the breakfast counter that we are 100% vegan no egg no meat, still the staff fed us egg

− C'est un point de détail insignifiant mais les ascenseurs méritent une déco. En effet, lorsque vous montez dedans vous avez l' impression de partir en bloc opératoire.
Wonderful stay
10.0It is a beautiful Victorian style hotel, very well preserved and very well maintained, very clean with wonderful rooms, hallways, furniture and wall pictures. The breakfast is wonderful with plenty of Western and Asian choices, replenished constantly. The staff is very friendly and I would particularly like to give thanks to the reception team- Joy, Lona and Tracy. Really a nice place with a very nice team.
