6.0Beautiful garden and pool area.
− The hotel feels a bit too formal, which makes it somewhat inflexible for families traveling with children. For instance, dining is restricted to the restaurant, meaning you cannot eat by the pool. Communication was also a bit challenging as few staff members speak English. On one occasion, our order was substituted with different items without prior notice, and the staff did not offer any understanding or apology when we pointed it out. Additionally, the maintenance scheduling could be improved; noisy gardening work was often done near the breakfast area in the morning and by the pool during the day.

9.0La atención del personal, sobre todo de recepción, siempre disponibles a cualquier solicitud con una sonrisa. La tranquilidad del hotel, al ser tan pequeño y acogedor se respira relax en todas partes, sobre todo en la piscina. Muy cerca de las calas de Les Rotes, ideal para pasear y hacer snorquel en sus calas de piedras.
− Encontré que necesitaba un poco más de mantenimiento en la habitación, el radiador del cuarto de baño estaba oxidado y las bañera de hidromasaje un poco antigua, es preferible un buen plato de ducha moderno. Pero la cama muy cómoda y la habitación en general de tamaño muy bien, con su balconcito al mar, se está muy bien allí, deseando volver.

− Das Hotel ist etwas abgelegen, aber mit dem Bus bzw den vorhandenen Fahrrädern kann man gut zu Lokalen bzw nach Denia kommen.
