Séjour agréable, en sécurité, avec une belle vue du dernier étage.
8.0Très bonne communication. Propriétaire agréable. Appartement super, très propre et fonctionnel (machine à laver, wifi, eau filtrée, parking …)
− L’hébergement temporaire (Airbnb…) étant interdit dans cette résidence, l’ambiance est assez stressante. Cependant, nous n’avons pas eu de problème avec la sécurité.

− These people rent their house but it is not allowed and so the security people did not let us in. Better find another stay!

Spacious home stay near Sandakan harbour
8.0This home stay is located at the top floor of a beautiful building on a hill, view of surrounding area is nice. Apartment is spacious and clean. Building is located 1.5 km from sandakan harbour area, that can be easily reached with grab rides. Although distance could be easily covered with a 15 minutes walk, road is dark at night and I'd not feel comfortable walking. My daughter loved the panda theme featured in the apartment. Check in instructions shared on the check in day were crystal clear. There's a nice washing/drying machine that we used.
− When we booked, our host did not mention that home stay is no more allowed in the building since 2023. Security guards did not cause any issue to us, but it should be clarified while booking, in order to allow people to decide whether to ignore the problem or not. Pool is for residents only. It should be removed from the facilities mentioned on booking.
