7.0Todo impecable y las instalaciones limpias permanentemente. La comida muy rica!
− Mis niños estaban súper ilusionados con la fiesta de espuma pero cuando llegamos a la piscina no la hicieron y nadie explicó nada. Esperamos 1 hora pensando que estaban atrasados, pero nunca fue la fiesta. Entonces fuimos a ruiland por qué había una búsqueda del tesoro, y cuando llegamos la persona a cargo nos dice que también se suspendió… La persona a cargo del club kids Riuland, no era idónea para ese cargo, siempre con cara de cansada y con cero ganas de estar con niños. El resto del personal impecable.

7.0It was ok+ in General. The food was good. Waterpark for kids excellent. A highlight of the stay.
− The hotel didn't alert us that the new kids area was too far from the beach. having a map of the hotel to know what room to book would have been great. The beach service not so good. And with tons of locals trying to sell you different things was a big downside. A bit crowded in the pools area.

8.0I liked the variety of food available. The rooms were clean and a good size. Close access to the private beach was also nice with access to sun loungers.
− The pool was a little dirty and dead bugs liked to collect in certain places. The walls are thin and you can hear the echoes of conversation or children screaming at night.
