My desert dream house
10.0This place was a dream retreat! Perched over a valley of Joshua trees, mountains in the distance, no noise but the wind and the birds (even saw a coyote!). It was impeccably decorated in high desert style and had everything I needed. And the picture window? Wow! I didn't want to leave, and I can't wait to book for a longer stretch in the future.
− The only (very tiny) drawback was the hum of the hot tub in this serene spot, but I'm sensitive to sound. Maybe it wouldn't have bothered me if I had used it, but it was too big to handle on my own. I was there in the summer, but I can see it being fantastic in the cooler months.

10.0It has a beautiful view, simple but perfect for a solo traveler or couple. Not too far off the beaten path.
Fantastic place with great views
10.0The house is done in a lovely modern style and has everything you need for a great stay, including things for cooking so you can enjoy meals outside. The view is very cool and the big window really makes the most of it! Great location also to explore Joshua Tree.
