Area around the location is very beautiful. It is well located; a few minutes from the center of the town, if you cross the river. Has a nice swimming pool. It is very quiet.

− About the place itself: Good facilities overall, but it feels like it is a bit abandoned. There is no receptionist and if you need something you're either text the owner or just wait for the housekeeper to be there (and only in Spanish). Didn't feel that the facilities were very clean. I booked a room with a private bathroom outside the bedroom, but the guests who were using the shared kitchen and/or swimming pool were also using the same bathroom. So, it felt like a shared bathroom anyways. My room was facing the swimming pool and next to the kitchen so not very private. Bad road to get to the location so not suitable if you're going by foot with a suitcase. Payment only in cash; if you use paypal, you have to pay the commission (10%) on top of your own commission. The shortest way to go to the center of the town is to cross a river, so be prepared for it.

Nice rooms, super perfect pool and nice amenities. The place iteself is magic and perfect for couples or short stays.

− Very isolated, in a rural area far from the beach far from food stores as well. Workers come at 6 am to finish the building when it is not sold out and wake you up or make the pool access impossible. The “beach” at 100mt is a corner full of stones, garbage and currents. Not possible to bathe. Only two close restaurants for food, that’s it. All you need (ATM, attractions, amenities) is 40$ and 1 hr drive away and the real mizata beach (2 dollars for lift - no ATM - has only one hyper cool beach club to go. This is not clear from description. You have to rent a car to enjoy it. The private bathroom is a private toilet, the shower and the kitchen are shared. But nobody say it, (they insisted on ‘my’ fridge in fact, so I almost died when at 5 am one man (who turned out to be a customer) went to take a shower in what i thought it was MY shower in MY private bathroom, and moved in ‘my’ kitchen. He also stayed one hour walking up and down in front of my room door which was frightening considering that no one is at the property at night. I called the owners, the did not reply. I had to call a taxi to see someone and leave the room. So when no one is there, you feel unsafe, when families or couples get in, they have dinner in front of your room and use the pool all night. One night it rained a lot and the floor of my room (n. 2) was flooded from behind the door. So was all my stuff. I left 2 days before and no discount was made, nonetheless. I had problems with the link for credit card paying so i had to pay 6 nights cash. All my empy bottles stayed in the kitchen forever. The toilet paper never replaced. Plus, i was a suspect because i did not pay at check in when they did not ask me right away, then never showed up again. At some point my booking was canceled because i asked a discount. To make it possible, they said. (???) this needs fixing
