It's an ok place to stay but I prefer a newer house
7.0-The location is safe and about 20-30 to the beaches. Host was nice.
− -The smell of the fruits falling from the tree all over the parking area in the front and front entrance causing the smell unbearable. Don't know what kind of trees with fruits that smell so terrible like that. Wish they didn't have that tree or at least to clean up those falling fruits on the ground that our car had to run over all of them. -The cleaners were still cleaning at the time of checking in which was ok but would have been nice if it wouldn't be last minute cleaning/rushing.

8.0Always got immediate responses for our questions -- really appreciate that. The house was cozy with sufficient supplies. Nice dining experience in the morning, facing the beautiful backyard.
− In the intro it says 3 bedrooms, however, one of them was made of three walls of glasses and linked to backyard -- this was not "bedroom" in traditional sense. We suggest at least put on some curtains so that this "bedroom" can be less seen through.
