10.0Great stay! The apartment was spotless, spacious and quiet, with comfortable beds and a lovely view. Easy to find, simple check-in with a door code, and everything we needed, including a European plug adapter. Close to the Underground and shops. We especially appreciated the heating during a rainy weekend – perfect for drying our clothes! The hosts were very kind and accommodating. We'd happily stay again.

W związku z tym, że wcześniej przed zakupem/ zabukowaniem takiej informacji nie było, uważam to za nie poprawne pode
5.0Mieszkanie nie było takie złe, ale po wykupieniu dopiero otrzymałem informację, że mieszkanie znajduje się w piwnicy…, a zdjęcia pokazywane wcześniej przed zakupem są pięknie pokazane. Uważam że wczesnej powinna być informacja jaki lokal jest wolny w wybieranym terminie, a nie po zakupie. Okolica dość niebezpieczna moim zdaniem. Późnym wieczorem / w nocy krzyki, hałasy itp.( my akurat również mieliśmy sytuację, że ktoś się kłócił / lub sprzeczka tłuczenie jakiegoś szkła na zewnątrz). Dodatkowo na zewnątrz śpiący bezdomni.
− Jeśli ktoś trafi na mieszkanie w dolnej części / niższy parter / piwnica, przy braku takiej informacji wcześniej, to może czuć się nie do końca „bezpiecznie” niekomfortowo. Dodatkowo drzwi wejściowe to jakaś porażka „małe, z jedną drobną „zasuwą” do zamknięcia na noc.

9.0Contact was amazing. Plenty of room for 2 adults, 2 children. 5 min walk to Paddington Station! Lots of cafés and restaurants near by.
− Just an FYI, this flat was on the 5th floor with no elevator. As I had broken my foot two weeks before we arrived, it was a challenge.
