9.0Bardzo czysty i zadbany apartament. Pięknie odwzorowany i klimatyczny styl lat siedemdziesiątych.Świetnie wyposażony i umeblowany. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni.
− Z powodu umiejscowienia jest dość hałaśliwie. Ale to przyczyny zewnętrzne. W budynku jest bardzo spokojnie.

10.0Appartement mignon, chambre assez grande, extrêmement bien équipé. Je regrette juste de n'avoir découvert la climatisation (qui se trouvait dans une armoire) que le dernier jour (avec cette canicule). Le prix est très abordable et la localisation idéale (bus tout prés, sans ça, Old Town à 10 min)

7.0Bardzo dobry kontakt z opiekunem apartamentu - pozwolono nam zostać dłużej 2 godz ze względu na egzamin corki. Apartament czysty i przestronny, lazienka wygodna i zaopatrzona w kosmetyki.Kuchnia nowa i czysta. Blok obok - Żabka, tuz obok przystanek tramwajowy. Bardzo dobre polaczenie komunikacyjne z centrum w jedną stronę- i Enea Stadion w drugą. Targi Poznańskie vis-vis apartamentu,po drugiej stronie ulicy. 15min spacerem do Parku Wilsona I Palmiarni, 5 min - Stare Zoo.
− Ponieważ okna wychodzą na główną ulicę- -jest naprawdę głośno,gdy otworzy sie okno. Również przy mocnym sloncu- apartamentu szybko sie nagrzewa. Nieco pomagają zasłony i wiatrak (na wyposazeniu), ale najlepiej działa otwarcie okien. Wtedy jest przewiewniej,ale.. głośniej.
