7.0Location is brilliant. Size of great.
− It just wasn’t the cleanest. It had a tenant in for 20 months. Things like an old rusty ironing board in the bathroom should be replaced. The washing machine leaked and needed replacing. Just needs some TLC before renting back out. Paint job. Replace some items as they are old.

− Apartments towards the road side are noisy, especially during night hours. Next time I book lake side. Suggest to have a sponge and towel in the kitchen area for washing up.

9.0Хорошие апартаменты, 2 полноценные комнаты и кухня-гостиная. Окна выходят на дорогу, но нас это не смущало. С хозяйкой общались через сообщения, нам разрешили заехать раньше времени, за что отдельное спасибо! Чисто, аккуратно. Кондиционеры в каждой комнате. Полноценная кухня. Рекомендую)
