− Arrived with no communication about how to get in. Phoned the Property Manager, who wasn't on site. Tried to figure out her instructions. Kneeling on the ground in the rain, trying to unlock an uncooperative lockbox. Wouldn't it be great if they could give you information a couple of days before you arrived?
