− HVAC was difficult to balance. Downstairs was too cold and upstairs was too hot.
Enjoyed by our family but very disappointed in the lack of eating facility.
8.0Very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Stocked well. Bed arrangement ( 3 queens and 6 singles) excellent and vrry comfortable mattresses. Living room couch arrangement great. Amenities exceptional.
− Eating capacity very poor - room for 6 even though the house is rented for 12. Also the table was very high - much too high for children.

10.0Place is perfect for a big group. Very comfortable and clean and accessible to groceries and restaurants. Owner is very accomodating and responds quick. Would recommend this place 100% as everyone in the group is very satisfied

9.0Very comfortable, very clean, spacious, suited our needs, quiet and safe neighbourhood. Would consider renting this property again.
− Everything appeared to be available except for a hairdryer. Would be most welcome for visitors from the UK. Could not find a manual with basic information regarding the house, surprised when it was garbage collection day. Double bed in the basement a bit of a squeeze to move around, especially between the bed and the closet.
