Falla en la estadía, cuidado si es que llueve

El alojamiento no estaba mal, era simple. Pero tenía falla de tubería segundo piso que cuando estuvo lloviendo a las 2am se filtró el agua por el techo y destruyó mis pertenencias de mi maleta. Tuvimos que cambiarnos de habitación en medio de la madrugada.

− Atención al cliente pésimo, no quisieron ayudarnos con ellos daños de la falla de tubería.

− Unfortunately, our stay at this apartment was very disappointing. The unit is essentially a cheaply converted garage with extremely thin walls and windows—you can hear every sound from upstairs and the nearby road. The bathroom window was broken and poorly patched with a plastic bag. During our stay, heavy rain caused water to pour in through the ceiling, including through the light fittings and cupboards. This created a safety concern and made it nearly impossible to sleep due to the noise of water hitting the tiles. We also couldn’t use any appliances, as they had become wet. We informed the host of these issues, but despite the severity of the situation, they refused to offer a refund. I would not recommend this property

Overall we had a good experience

The room was clean, tidy, and well appointed. It was only a short walk to the event we were attending.

− The noise created by guests walking around in the overhead room was very load and echoed in our room, waking us up during the night also the sensor light outside our door at the bottom of the stairs was very bright causing us to be woken up when other guests arrived back at all hours of the night.
