Great location
7.0The location was great. There is a view of the city and water jet.
− The portable AC unit could only cool one room and it was very hot during our stay. One of the barstools was broken before we arrived.
Disappointing facilities, poor staff service and not value for money
3.0Location was good. Fridge, washing machine and iron worked.
− First of all staff were unresponsive to messages sent prior to arrival about arrangements or when issues raised.. Did not even receive an acknowledgement. Did not receive digital transport card. AC unit was woefully inadequate to deal with hot temperatures, not helped by heating left on prior to our arrival. Coffee machine didn't work and leaked when switched on. Large crack in ceiling above bed. Television didn't work and batteries missing from remote control. Very small and didn't feel like value for money.

8.0El departamento estaba muy bonito. El baño es un poco chico, pero cumple. La ubicación es excelente!! Hay de todo cerca, restaurantes, supermercados, bares, cafeterías. Muy cerca de la atracción principal de Ginebra, y a 10 minutos caminando del centro. Hay mucho transporte público en las cercanías.
− La única gran crítica es que en la descripción dice tener aire acondicionado, y esto NO es cierto, no tiene aire ni tampoco algún ventilador. Nos alojamos en el mes de Mayo, y justo nos tocó una época de mucho calor.. hubiesemos necesitado el aire o ventilador. El/La anfitrión/a nunca contestó mis mensajes, no fue atento.
Cosy apartment with great location
8.0The location was great! The apartment was very cosy, and decorated with thought. The beds were very comfortable, and you have almost everything you could need!
− There were 2 of us, and there was towel left only for one of us. Same with the beds, one of them didn't have a pillow cases. Communication is nit great either, as I never got an answer to a message I sent before arriving.
