− Per entrar a la casa has de passar per un carrer molt estret, si tens un cotxe ample tens molts números que ratllar-lo. I els sostres de la casa son molt baixos, has de caminar encorvat per no xocar a la planta baixa.

Picturesque property with an old house and nice gardens near beautiful beaches.

The house and the gardens are very picturesque and spacious. The location near the small city but a little apart placed, is very excellent. The city beach, depending on tides, is some 500m away from the house. Within walking distance, both directions, there are other very nice beaches to explore for every likening. There are some bars and restaurants also within walking distance. Prices are very good for the value, and most locals are very friendly and welcoming. For our one-week vacation at this house, the value for money was excellent. There's an equipped grill area in the garden with a seating area, a beautiful terrace near the kitchen with late evening sun, an area in front of the house with parking possibilities, and even an old backyard garden with some fruit trees etc. There's an enormous place for improvements, but we very much enjoyed our one-week vacation in this house.

− Maybe it's common for the area, but the maintenance, especially in the interior, is very lousy. Generally, the equipment, overall maintenance, and cleanliness have a lot of improvement potential. Unfortunately, we could only dream of what the exceptionally gardens and house from the outside was in its peak time with good maintenance when everything was kept well. Comfort could be better. The beds are not the most comfortable, and lots of things were not working properly. We had some struggles with door and ceiling heights, and also with some smells. Anyway, you should consider this by renting an old house by the ocean. There's only one bathroom with a small bathtub, and it's leaking if you are taking a bath. There was no washing machine, even though it is listed in the house description.
