L'accueil de Pablo. Pas d'eau chaude en haut mais Pablo il nous a permis de nous laver à l'eau chaude en bas. Très bon emplacement.

Petite auberge très agréable et propre. La situation est idéale à deux pas de la place centrale. Le personnel est super accueillant et arrangeant. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour !

A lovely hostel near the main square.

A lovely hostel 2 blocks from the main square, 30 min walk to main bus terminal (~COP 7,000 (<US$2) by taxi). Friendly, helpful staff/owners (who also put us in touch with great, English speaking tour organiser). Access through tough, wooden, lockable front door and key to own, large room(s). Clean throughout and access to lovely back garden (including shed with washing machine and drying lines). Wifi/internet/network good throughout, and Netflix on TV. Small functioning kitchen (4 ring gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, juicer, a few pots & pans, plenty of crockery and cutlery) Recycling bins in the kitchen. The kitchen and eating area could get quite warm, but our room(s) were airy and came with good, strong fan. Quiet (very quiet, we were the only ones there during our stay). Our room(s) were large, light (when shutters open), and had plenty of storage (clothes rack with shelves). Each bed also had a bedside table, and 2nd room had large cupboards. Good sized, well lit bathroom had excellent hot shower (no hot water to begin with, but not long after we WhatsApped them, they came to fix it).

− Didn't like that no-one available on arrival, but they soon responded after WhatsApp contact. Only cold water to kitchen and bathroom sinks. Selection of cooking utensils is probably limited when the hostel is full. Cash only. No bedside light or bins in room(s). The light switch could be in a better place. Could do with more hooks in the bathroom.

The location is great, close to the centre and with the excellent F5 Cafe for breakfast and Europa Cafe for pasta and pizza on the next block. Carlos is super helpful and hospital and the hostel is simple but clean, secure and comfortable.

The hostess was very good and helpful … getting me a taxi snd helping me with my luggage
