10.0Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Wohnung ist modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und hervorragend ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt – von der gut ausgestatteten Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine und Waschmaschine bis hin zum grosszügigen Badezimmer mit der komfortablen Regendusche. Besonders gefallen haben uns die zwei Balkone. Durch den angenehmen Durchzug mit der frischen Meeresbrise mussten wir die Klimaanlage kaum benutzen. Auch der Vermieter war hervorragend: freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und sehr bemüht, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Er hat schnell auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet und uns bei allen Fragen sofort weitergeholfen. Eine klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

10.0El apartamento es espectacular, muy limpio y con todas las comodidades. Destaco especialmente la comunicación con el anfitrión, que pese a no poder estar físicamente, mantuvo una estrecha comunicación con nosotros y se aseguró en todo momento de que estuviésemos cómodos. Además, solicitamos una ligera modificación en los horarios de entrada y salida e hizo todo lo posible por ajustarse a nuestras necesidades. Si vas a pasar un finde en La Mata, ¡esta es una opción de 10!
Lovely stay
10.0We had a really lovely stay here for a month. The apartment is in a great location, very close to the beach and in a nice, quiet area. There’s an elevator, which made everything easy, and the balcony gets sun most of the day – a big plus. Everything we needed was there, and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay – we would definitely recommend it.
− The only small thing we missed was an oven, but aside from that, the apartment had everything we needed.

10.0Het was een volledig ingericht appartement vlakbij zee, supermarktjes en restaurants op de eerste verdieping. Alles recent nieuw ingericht met planten op het balkon.

Wspaniały pobyt w spokojnej La Mata
10.0Mieszkanie jest bardzo wygodne, zupełnie odnowione w polskim, dobrym standardzie, doskonale wyposażone. Gospodarz jest bardzo pomocny. Lokalizacja jest świetna, w najlepszej części La Mata, blisko parku, plaży przy wydmach, przystanku autobusowego do centrum torrevieja.
