10.0המארחת קיבלה את פנינו ביום קיץ חם של רומא בחודש יולי עם חיוך, ומגש עם משקה קר מקומי. מלאת רצון לעזור , דוברת איטלקית בלבד אז תעזרו בגוגל טרנסלייט אם אינכם מבינים את השפה וכך קל מאד לתקשר. יש חניה פרטית בתוך הוילה שלה, שנינו בדירה למעלה (עליה של פחות מקומה אחת) דירה ענקית, שני חדרי שינה גדולים מאד, סלון גדול מאד, מטבח גדול ומאובזר עם בקבוק סודה קר שחיכה לנו במקרר. מארחת מדהימה, דירה פונקציונלית.

2.0Handing over the keys was easy; the hostess welcomed us and immediately opened the gate for me to park, but a minute later she asked me to park on the street instead because an acquaintance of hers was going to park there. She didn't speak English, so communication was poor. In the end, one of the advertised benefits—parking—wasn't actually available. The accommodation was spacious and recently renovated, but the furnishings were very subpar, and the living room sofa was dirty—I don't even want to know what the stains were from. There were small shards of glass on the floor, making it necessary to wear shoes; I got one stuck in my foot, which was far from pleasant. There were five of us, but only three bath towels. The Wi-Fi worked briefly but then failed for the rest of the stay, even after the landlady took action to fix it. Furthermore, she tries to bypass Booking.com and offers bookings without guarantees outside the platform. The tourist tax is not included in the price. Overall, a disappointment.
− An adequate number of bath towels and hand towels. Functional Wi-Fi. Parking in the courtyard. Clean floors (shards of glass on the floor are unacceptable). Better and more modern furnishings.
