10.0This was excellent stay I will be back if was so clean and cozy ... The host was super nice and he would reply fast every time we needed anything ... the lake scene is also wonderful .

6.0The property is centrally located in Pembroke Pines with shops and restaurants close by on Pines Blvd. The neighborhood is quiet and so is the surrounding.
− The property is listing Air Conditioning, which isn’t there. During the last days of my stay the temperature in the room is warm, which makes it uncomfortable to sleep. The ventilator is just distributing the warm air. The suite is very gloomy as there is no window with a view to make it brighter. The window in the bathroom at the entrance has hurricane shutters mounted on the outside making it feel like a dark basement. This is the first property I booked where there was during my 8 days stay not a single contact by the host that is living in the attached house.
