9.0The apartment was very clean and nicely appointed. Our host was friendly and helpful. The cat was friendly too, and was helpful in that she helped us to relax! Lovely terrace from which to enjoy the sunset
− The passing lorry traffic was a little noisy, but the windows sealed well and helped to lessen the sound

− Room was simply furnished. Advertised as with a balcony so expected a balcony we could sit out on rather than just glass doors

Lovely overnight stay - great stop off for Hay on Wye and river canoe trip.
9.0Great location- close to Hay on Wye and river views. Private off street parking available. Nice comfortable room. Easy access.
− Unfortunately, there was no hand soap in the bathroom. A few hooks and a shelf would have been useful in the bathroom too.
The most lovely place to stay.
10.0Amazing location so very beautiful, gorgeous rooms lovely decor stunning views, loved the garden. Lovely little extras like shampoo and shower gel, milk in the fridge and water made a real difference. Geraldine was the perfect host.
