7.0Hele aardige verhuurders, de auto staat veilig, ruim en schoon, prima ontbijt. Grote supermarkt om de hoek. Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Leuke tuin.
− Het is ‘s avonds toch wel wat ver en beetje verlaten om naar huis te lopen vanaf het centrum.

9.0Excellent location of property to stay overnights mostly for solo or couple travelers with a car. To enjoy endless beautiful landscapes when driving among small Tuscany towns and villages. Next to property decent food store to fill up your emptied vine bar at end of a day :)

− Dire nulla. Solo forse un pochino sarebbe da migliorare la pulizia,ma sarebbe solo per rendere il tutto ancora più bello.

10.0We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mauro’s place in Arezzo. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with such kindness and hospitality, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The accommodation itself was perfect — a cozy, private little house with a beautiful garden, ideal for our two dogs who had plenty of safe space to walk and play. The location is excellent: just a 15-minute walk to the city center and only 30 seconds away from a large shop with everything you could possibly need. Parking was secure and convenient, behind an automatic gate. The house was spotless and very comfortable, and Mauro’s attentiveness truly made us feel at home. Out of all the places we stayed during our 3+ weeks in Italy, this was by far the best. Both we and our dogs felt so welcome, and we would highly recommend Mauro’s place to anyone visiting Arezzo.

10.0L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, il giardino è stato molto utile per la mia canetta. Lo spazio esterno, totalmente recintato mi ha permesso di farla svagare in sicurezza. La camera matrimoniale è grande e accogliente, il soggiorno con angolo cottura è ampio e comodo per cucinare. Asciugamani puliti, lavatrice funzionante e molto capiente, finestre in ogni punto della casa che necessita di un cambio d'aria. Stendino e mollette per stendere i panni comodamente. Mauro è stato veramente cortese, gentile e soprattutto super disponibile. Posso dire che si è creata un'amicizia.
