Great size and location. Appreciated the chocolates and Prosecco too :) Recommend crabbing at the beach which is a short walk from the cabin.

− Play passes are not included, you will have to pay extra to access the pool and entertainment.

The rooms were clean. Hot water, Wi-Fi, and electricity were available.

− We booked this property for 8 guests, but the stay was far from what was advertised. The bathroom drain was clogged and water would not go down properly, which made it very difficult to use. Basic necessities were missing — no handwash, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, or even dishwashing liquid was provided. The BBQ facilities, which were stated as available, were unusable. They were left outside in poor condition with water sitting in the charcoal, which was very disappointing given that this was one of the features we were looking forward to. The caravan was listed as 3 bedrooms with a sofa bed. However, no bedsheets no pillows or extra duvet were provided for the sofa bed, even though we had clearly mentioned there would be 8 people staying. Overall, the property did not match the description or the promised amenities. This caused a lot of inconvenience during our stay and left us very disappointed, especially given the cost.

The size and layout of the caravan; the TV was excellent; the site itself had good facilities.

− The found the caravan as the previous occupants had left it when we arrived - unclean, old bedding, etc and we had to contact the owner to get this done; we were given a £50 credit. However, even then, we thought the standard of cleanliness was below par, e.g. windows, carpets, table, surfaces, cutlery, saucepans, etc. There was no tea towel, scourers, washing-up liquid, surface cleaner, sink plug, ice cube tray or draining rack for dishes; no hand towels (only large bath towels), no shower mat and only one bathroom sink plug. The whole caravan is looking a bit tired and uncared-for, with loose fixings, etc, possibly because it's the end of the season (?)
