Fantastic holiday

The house was very well equipped, with everything that you could need for a very comfortable stay. There is a massive Mercadona just a few meters walk away, which sold everything we needed. The washing and drying facilities available mean that we probably could have travelled lighter The outside space was fabulous and much bigger than perhaps the photos displayed. We didn't hire a car, but there is space for one. We walked into Town very easily , but usually got a taxi back. The taxis in Puerto Rico are cheap and plentiful. We organised an airport transfer through the holiday home rental company and this was reliable and a very good price. We will definitely return here as it offers so much for a very enjoyable holday

− The available pool was cooler than we would have liked, but this is not the fault of the rental company. There is a nice beach Club (Chester's) at Puerto Rico beach which has heated and unheated pools. It was excellent value: €35 per person, but €25 back to spend on food and drink. The food was nice and the facilities were clean

− De hygiene in het appartement. Op het eerste zicht proper, maar in, op en achter de kasten heel vuil. De laatse dagen ook enkele kakkerlakken gevonden, in de keuken op het aanrecht, op de eettafel en in de slaapkamer op het bed!

El alojamiento estaba increíble no tengo ninguna queja

− Pues el vecino que tenía al lado , porque al ser una vivienda vacacional dentro de una urbanización residencial , pues claro , las terrazas están seguidas una al lado de otra y el vecino le molestaba que se hiciera barbacoa , que si le molestaba los niños , incluso me llegó a decir que bajáramos la voz a las 6 de la tarde , porque tenía que trabajar al día siguiente ,lo que ya te amarga un poquito tus vacaciones , repito a las 6 de la tarde , no es mi problema que se alquilen viviendas vacacionales en una urbanización en el sur de la isla que esas eran mis P… vacaciones , otra cosa , después de habernos dejado 1800 euros por 2 semanas , si quería parking tenía que pagar 10 euros el día , o 8 si lo hablabas directamente con el dueño , en fin ladrones que quieren más dinero ,y por si fuera poco con el calor que hacía en pleno julio en Puerto Rico , cuando entro en la casa veo los aires acondicionados y le pregunto a los dueños sobre los mandos del aire para ponerlo , y claro como no iba a ser una sorpresa va y me dice que el aire son 15 euros el día , imagínense , no les daba con los casi 2000 euros que deje ahí para poder tener todo eso , en fin abusando de una familia que iba a pasar 2 semanas con un bebé de 2 meses , la casa estaba increíble y las piscinas también súper bien es lo único que puedo decir
