− Being sent an email with no check in time driving over 4 hours with 2 young children and my disabled wife to be not let in Paul’s phone off booking.com not helpful and left in the middle of West Midlands at 10pm with no where to stay!! We had taken all our food to cooking all weekend which got wasted as we have to book into a hotel for our weekend stay wouldn’t ever use booking.com again awful experience and shocking customer service
