3.0Disappointing Experience – Definitely Not a 5-Star Hotel, bad experience I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It falls far short of 5-star standards in almost every aspect: 1. Unbending Financial Policy: I originally booked for 4 people, but upon arrival, we were only 3. The management completely refused to refund the difference for the missing guest. 2. Hotel was under Maintenance & Neglected Cleaning: The facilities was under maintained, with hazardous electrical wires sticking out of the walls. Housekeeping completely ignores trash in the hallways right in front of guests, and there are no recreational activities like billiards available. 3. Inconvenient Beach Access: The beach is located very far from the hotel rooms. You are forced to either drive your own car or wait for a golf cart shuttle, which is a major downside. 4. Unprofessional & Unsanitary Pool Area: Complete lack of supervision and basic rules. I witnessed staff members making tea for guests right by the pool using a personal kettle borrowed from one of the guests! Additionally, some guests were swimming in regular cotton undershirts without any enforcement of proper swimwear rules.
