− śniadania ograniczone i nieurozmaicone - to samo codziennie, wydzielona porcja jak dla dziecka, także dla dorosłych, przy poproszeniu o dodatkową kanapkę następuje odmowa; obsługa mało elastyczna, nie przyjmująca żadnej informacji zwrotnej, a po jej usłyszeniu dająca odczuć swoje niezadowolenie, wręcz irytacje - brak sprzątania na bieżąco małego stolika podczas śniadania; oferta na zamówienie taksówki znacznie przewyższająca standardowe ceny taksówek - wczesnym rankiem nawet o 70%; po opuszczeniu pokoju klient już dla nich nie istnieje - po napisaniu wiadomości na pożegnanie nie otrzymałam odpowiedzi;

− Słabo i głośno działała klimatyzacja w pokoju. Bardzo słabo leciała woda pod prysznicem i nie zawsze była ciepła .
