− Poor management , smelling, frozen rooms no heating was on

1.0− I couldn't enter the property by following the instructions in the email or the booking.com app. I had to call another number that I was uninformed of, and that number did not respond. When I called the previous number to get more instructions the manager got "angry" on me and the call just got ended. As a result I paid for the booking fee but cannot check in nor stay in the property, so I ended up with staying outside during the whole night in the rainy weather.

1.0− The room had no key to the patio door, so I couldn’t open a window for fresh air. The bed has old springs, so it’s not comfortable and is noisy. Every room is being rented, so the queue to the bathroom may get long.
