La vista
10.0La casa è davvero incredibile. La posizione è perfetta per chi cerca tranquillità e relax, con una vista unica su Lipari. Nelle vicinanze si trovano due ottimi ristoranti, Da Alfredo e Il Gambero, ideali sia per colazione che per pranzo o cena. L’appartamento è molto confortevole e ben attrezzato, con una splendida terrazza che offre una vista anche verso Santa Marina. Lo staff è sempre disponibile e molto gentile, sia nell’organizzazione del check-in che nel fornire tutte le informazioni utili sull’isola. Consiglio vivamente anche di noleggiare uno scooter per muoversi con facilità. Una casa accogliente e piacevole, assolutamente consigliata.

6.0La vista è eccellente , le terrazze sono ampie e ben sfruttate . Il personale del check in è stato molto gentile.
− Il parcheggio non è adiacente alla casa e gli scalini di accesso sono scomodi. Alcune parti della casa necessitano di manutenzione (maniglie rotte, imbiancatura che si sfoglia nel bagno, etc, porte con serrature che si inceppano , etc). La cosa più bella della casa resta la posizione e la terrazza . Il rapporto qualità - prezzo è comunque mediocre.
