Amazing mini vacation
10.0The location was far enough out of the way to feel secluded, yet close enough to everything. The homey feel and amazing amenities were top notch.
− The only thing I can say I didn't like was having to leave, but that's on me not Eden crest.
Stay was fine. Personnel was terrible.
3.0− I requested a 3-4 pm check in. I never received an email the day of checkin giving me my code to get in. Called, talked to numerous people and they each told me I couldn’t get code till after 4. Finally one person there understood and saw my request. So about 3:30 I hit my code. Then the next day I missed a call from someone there and had a voice mail and then texts saying someone was going there to check a railing. We had left there already for the day. We had a wedding to go to. I immediately called and told someone that they were not to go in my rented cabin unless my husband or I were there. We had not called in about a railing needing attention. If there was a reported problem it should have been fixed before our check-in. He told me he would tell the person going to not go. Who knows if the person went anyway. That is not professional at all. I will never use your company again for booking. I was highly disappointed in your people. The cabin was very nice. Absolutely no problem with it. And I was told I should have gotten an email that morning with code to door. I never received a code to door. After talking to numerous folks there like I said before finally one lady got me the code. But it was after my 3 pm request. We were there for a wedding and had to be at rehearsal at 4 pm.
