6.0The location was close to the Harry Potter studios which was our main reason of staying there and is walkable, but a little further than expected. The bed was comfy and everything clean and tidy.
− Prior to staying, we had put in a request to arrive a hour earlier, it took them nearly 3 weeks to respond, I also sent them a question asking where to park and was never sent a reply. The room was a little overcrowded, a very large plant situated in one corner where a chair would have been better. Apart from being let into the property the contact with the owner was non-existent, a little interaction would have been better, giving us local information on maybe taxis or bus routes to/from the home to the train station, best way to get to HP studios etc. Also, did not like the fact that in the bathroom they provided two bars of soap which had obviously been used by people who had previously stayed. If it was me, I would have used a soap dispenser, no one wants to use soap from someone else. They also give the impression in their description that the upper level is for the guests, however, there is a 2nd bedroom next door to the guest room which is occupied by a family member and we were kept awake til late with loud talking and one point an argument. The Wi-Fi was also intermittent and sometimes threw you off the Wi-Fi for no apparent reason, they could do with a booster box.

8.0Great little cozy room in a lovely friendly family home. Very close to Harry Potter world and Leavesden Studio. Beautiful view south east for the sunrise in the morning.
− Due to my height and wearing motorcycle gear, the small staircase up to the loft room was quite tricky to climb/descend. The gravel driveway was also not ideal for parking a motorcycle but it was brilliant to have it off the public road.
