Die Lage ist perfekt, gleich neben dem Bahnhof. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich kann es absolut weiterempfehlen!

Great location near Termini. Room was clean, freshly renovated, spacious and had a fridge. Staff were friendly and checkout was simple.

− Don't let the lack of a 'proper' entrance or front desk dissuade you from using this great little hotel for a short Rome visit.

We stayed at this hostel for 3 days in Rome. Overall, the hostel itself was quite good, especially for the price. But unfortunately, our first experience at the reception was so unpleasant that I would not come back here. We arrived at around 13:20, and I had already said that our check-in would be at 14:00. The woman at the reception immediately asked for our passports. I only gave mine because I thought she needed the passport of the person who made the booking. She answered in a very passive-aggressive way: “Passportsss.” From the very beginning, we felt uncomfortable. She then explained that we needed to give a WhatsApp number so she could message us when our room was ready. The problem was that I made the booking with my phone number, but WhatsApp was on my husband’s phone. We needed to change the number, but our English is not very good. She was speaking very fast, and whenever we asked her to repeat, she would roll her eyes and repeat the same thing just as quickly. It really felt like she was treating us as if we were stupid. Then she told us to put our backpacks in the storage lockers and gave us a note with instructions for the code. We were a bit confused because of the language barrier, but eventually found the lockers. Unfortunately, all of them were full, so we went back to the reception. There were other guests at the reception who spoke English better, and we noticed that her attitude towards them was completely different — she was smiling and much nicer. At one point, another guest asked if she would get a WhatsApp message when the room was ready, and the receptionist got irritated and said something like, “Do you see a phone in my hands right now?” The other girl was actually very polite. The girl also asked her where she was from, and the receptionist said she was from Brazil. So, just to make it clear which receptionist I am talking about: she was a slim white woman with dark hair and long, narrow glasses.

Great location if you love walking, but if you’re looking for a room with consistency in facilities, example a warm show

The bed was clean and it was a 20-30 minute walk from the centre, or 1-2 minute walk from the train station.

− The toilet roll holder was falling off the wall/broken, and most times I could not get warm water and had cold showers.

Vše bylo nové, čistě, moc hezké. Lokalita skvělá, kousíček od Hlavního nádraží termini, kam jezdí přímý spoj na letiště.

− Meli jsme pokoj pro tři a hrnečky a skleničky byly pouze po dvou lisech, jinak vše v pořádku.
