What a lovely stay at Lush. We had no idea that many of the accommodations in Ella are set mountainside, which makes perfect sense once you see the incredible views from the balcony. Our driver took us to a small road that cars aren't advised to travel due to its narrow width and steep incline. From there, Sanju met us with his own tuk-tuk and drove us the rest of the way to the property. He and his wife were so sweet and accommodating, and they served us a wonderful breakfast right on the villa's balcony each morning. They also helped us arrange laundry service at a reasonable price. If you want to head into town, you can either walk to the main road or take a tuk-tuk. One thing to note: there are about 80 steps up to the property, so if stairs aren't your thing, this may not be the best fit. There's no AC, but a fan is provided, and it does cool down nicely at night. Unfortunately, I got sick during our stay and was bedridden for part of it. Even so, having a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the waterfall and surrounding nature made it much easier to rest and heal. Under different circumstances, I know I would have enjoyed it even more but it was still a wonderful stay overall. The villa itself is tastefully decorated and beautiful. Thank you for making our stay in Ella so memorable. <3

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wunderschön! Ein großer Balkon mit traumhafter ruhiger Aussicht. Der Besitzer ist sehr aufmerksam und nett, er hat uns zu jeder Zeit überall hingefahren und auch wieder abgeholt. Preise sind mehr als fair! Frühstück wurde uns immer zu unserer Wunschzeit auf dem Balkon serviert. Ebenfalls hat er sehr süß kleine Hunde 🥰 man hat sich wirklich sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt!

Sanju war der zuvorkommendste und aufmerksamste Gastgeber, den man sich vorstellen kann. Er zeigte uns die Gegend mit seinem TukTuk, holte uns ab und machte eine Tour mit uns - alles zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Die Unterkunft war traumhaft- mit fantastischen Blick. Über den Shortcut über die Bahn-Schienen war das Zentrum auch gut erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen!
