10.0Appartamento nuovo, pulito e in una posizione perfetta, in pieno centro storico. Il parcheggio pubblico a pagamento si trova a 150 metri. L’host Stefano è stato perfetto in tutto, dalle informazioni alla sua guida di dove è cosa fare a Rapallo e dintorni. Rapido nel rispondere. Assolutamente consiglio questo posto a 5 ⭐️.

9.0Stefano was extremely kind and accommodating throughout our stay. The home was spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained—comparable to a hotel. It had all the necessary amenities. The location was very central, just off the main street and close to the sea. Rappalo is a cute city and is 15 mins from Portofino by car.
− There was a noticeable smell at the building entrance, but fortunately, the apartment itself was completely free of it. Also, the elevator was quite small.

10.0Jederzeit verlässlich ansprechbarer Vermieter. Exzellente Lage mitten in der Innenstadt, nur gute 100 m zum Meer. Absolut ruhig. Sehr gut geschnittene Wohnung mit zwei vollwertigen Bädern. Komplett ausgestattet. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Hohe Decken und praktisch geräuschlos funktionierende Klimaanlage. Besonders gesichert durch einbruchsichere Wohnungstüre. Kleine Terrasse zum Innenhof.
− Die Wohnung mit Aufzug liegt im 2. von insgesamt 6 Stockwerken. Sehr beschränkte Aussicht. Uns hat diese aber nicht wirklich gefehlt.

10.0A very modern apartment in a perfect location in the beautiful Rapallo! The decor and fittings were of a very high standard and everything was perfect. Stefano was very helpful with instructions for check in and also recommendations for the best restaurants and bars etc

10.0This place was wonderful! We had 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, which worked great when traveling with our teen daughter. It's very modern, comfortable, and spacious with lots of light options, Alexa, a kitchenette, dishwasher, washing machine, and the a/c worked great!! The beds were so comfortable!! Even though there's no view, there is a nice little balcony. If you want to stay in old town, this is the perfect location...close to everything, about a block from the beach, yet quiet.
