8.0The location and facilities were excellent. We had no hot water on arrival but a call to Bachcare in Auckland resulted in Mark from the property management company arriving within about 15 minutes, full of apologies, to turn on the water heater in the locked garage on.
− I mentioned to Mark that there were 4 adults in our group and 4 outside chairs rather than 2 would have been nice.
